Rates (2010-2011) We regularly check the competition to make sure we offer lower rates, lower nightly minimums, and more valuable amenities than other condos our size on the hill. When comparing, check actual location, cleaning fees, and perks: Steamboat Digs is good livin' at great rates!

Payment We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, good checks, real cash, and gold bullion. Checks must be received and cleared by our bank before your booking is official. Gold bullion must be delivered in person with a six-pack as a handling fee.

Notes for Booking Please contact us to hold your dates. Dates "held" are not officially confirmed until (1) we have received payment (credit card charge approved, check cleared, or gold bullion stacked at our feet in concentric heliograms) AND (2) we have received our signed agreement back from you. Agreement will arrive by email and you may return it via fax or email.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are non-refundable for: Dec 17 - Jan 2.
If you cancel 60 days or fewer before check-in, you will forfeit your deposit.
If you cancel 30 days or fewer before check-in, you will forfeit full rental fee and tax.
The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.
No cancellations due to weather.
Travel Insurance: we do not provide travel insurance, but there are companies that offer coverage in case you must cancel. They may pay part or all of your vacation costs (e.g., our cancellation costs, airline change fees, etc.). Options vary, but insurance is probably much cheaper than you realize; try insuremytrip.com. By renting with us you are responsible for any associated costs whether your insurance pays or not.

House Rules Guests are required to sign and return our rental agreement prior to arrival: Sample Agreement (pdf). Each agreement includes details of your stay plus rules and regulations for the condo and our association. Key points:

Maximum occupancy: 8 people (includes children). This is a strict rule of the Building Owner's Association--please no more than eight overnight guests ever. Sorry--no refunds or discounts if there are only two of you and you fail to become eight of yourselves.
Sorry: no guest pets anywhere on the property or in the condo. Dog allergies? Please mention when calling or emailing us.
No smoking in the condo.
Security Deposit: we require payment of a deposit before your stay. Payment can be held on your credit card or paid by check in advance. If you trash the place, we may come after you for more.
Minimum Stay: You may request dates with fewer nights than specified above; if approved, such requests require the full $150 cleaning fee and may carry a higher nightly rate. Please contact us for details.
No Storage Before/After Stay: There is no office or storage on-site: if arriving in town before check-in (or staying in town a while after check-out), please contact us for options for you luggage.
