Everything You Need For a Great Stay in the Mountains
And some surprisingly valuable perks ... Why pay for junk you don't need?

	View	Epic views down valley--from Howelsen Hill (towering over downtown) to the Flat Top Mountains--plus views up Mt. Werner (including gondola views). See: Photos.
	Gear Storage	Ski locker at base of mountain plus ski closet in unit with boot/glove warmers.
	~~Elevator~~	The hike to the 3rd floor is worth it for the views! Plus being on the top floor means more privacy and quiet. Wide, low-rise stair treads are friendly to legs of all ages.
	Flexible Floorplan	Room for up to 8 guests, including 3 queen-sized beds and a guest suite with bunk beds (twin over full-size). See floorplans.
	Adjoining Bathrooms	Guest suite features private bathroom; master suite's adjoining bathroom may be private or shared.
	Gas Fireplace	Start a cozy fire at the touch of a finger. You choose the finger.
	Gourmet Kitchen	Granite counters, modern lighting, new cabinets, complete appliances & utensils... cook to your heart's content!
	~~Ski-in/Ski Out~~	You're just minutes from the gondola (really!). Ride the free shuttle or walk less than 1 mile. See: Location.
	On Free Bus Route	Walk 4 blocks to free bus stop then ride 3 minutes to gondola. Bus continues to downtown Steamboat (less than a 10 min. ride).
	Pet-friendly	New policy allows one well-behaved pet per visit. See fees & details. Allergies? Unit is professionally cleaned after each stay.
	~~Garage~~	Outside parking is plentiful and snow-plowed daily (2 spaces included with rental).
	Home Theater	Hate the outdoors? 42" HD TV, surround sound, free movies, music, and more!
	High-speed Internet	Connect for free, via ethernet or wireless, and stay in touch with the lower altitudes.
	Games	Backgammon, cards, poker chips, a collector's Monopoly set, and everything you need to do the hokey pokey are awaiting you.
	~~Pool, Tub, Fitness Center~~	Unit has two suites with bathtubs and besides: it's called Steamboat Springs for a reason. Go natural! Old Town Hot Springs features water slides, an Olympic-size lap pool, a climbing wall, classes, massage, and a full fitness facility.
	~~Maid Service~~	Unit is professionally cleaned for your arrival. Full supply of linens and towels provided. Unless you're a really filthy person, why pay for maid service every day?
	Laundry On-site	Coin-op laundry is on the building's first floor; I provide detergent, fabric softener sheets, and a lovely basket.
